Dear Local Business Owners and Artisans of Los Gatos,

As we prepare for our 24th season of Jazz on the Plazz, the Los Gatos Music & Arts (LGM&A) team has been exploring ways to better showcase the outstanding retail and creative talent in our community. With that goal in mind, we are excited to invite you to participate in our new vendor row: Market on the Plazz!

This curated market will operate every Wednesday evening from July 8 through August 26, positioned alongside our live music area on the Main Street side, inside the plaza. It aims to be a beautiful, destination-style showcase for local artisans, artists, and boutique products.

We understand the effort involved in setting up events, so we want to make this as easy
and hassle-free as possible. If you join us, LGM&A will provide your entire baseline
setup:

•  A premium 10′ x 10′ teal pop-up tent
• Up to two 6-foot rectangular tables with our custom-branded Market on the
  Plazz linens
• Two folding chairs
• Access to dedicated, high-speed Wi-Fi to keep your point-of-sale transactions smooth
  all evening.
• Electricity available upon request. Please inform us in advance.

We are also supporting the market with a dedicated social media campaign, including
weekly profiles to inform our audience about which businesses will be on the row each
Wednesday, as well as live on-site content during the event.

Space is limited to ensure a curated product selection without overlap. To showcase
your brand to Bay Area music and arts fans this summer, reply to this email to
